| When I was nine years old, I seen this painting of two Angels in church. It was painted by Raffaelo Zanzio, better known as Raphael. The Angel on the left is called the Leaning Angel and the Angel on the right is called the Flying Angel. From the day I seen it, the Leaning Angel has been my Guardian Angel. I have a charm on my gold chain of my Guardian Angel and over the years he has brought me much peace and comfort. I have these paintings all over my house and have been collecting different things of this painting....Lithographs, plates, statues. Here are two different renditions of Raphael's painting. The one on the left is the one in my home and is my favorite . |
