Hi to the Classmates of 1961, 45 years ago, we walked thru the halls of Bentley and out onto the athletic field for the last time and into our destinies... to where we are today. Sadly, many of our classmates are no longer with us, which is why it is so important to seize the moment now. There is no formal reunion planned this year, however, the class of 1962 is planning a reunion called, "Bentley Class of 62 Turns 62", and has invited the graduating classes of 1961 and 1963 to join them. The reunion will be Friday, August 25, Saturday, August 26 and Sunday, August 27, 2006. SCHEDULE Friday, August 25th Hayride -- $10 per person Payable as soon as possible Saturday, August 26th 11:00 am -- Putt Putt Golf, $2.00 per person Pay upon arrival Saturday, August 26th Evening: Mama Mia's Restaurant Banquet Room $25.00 per person Payable as soon as possible Sunday, August 27th Wander thru the new Community Center of the old Bentley site and swim or use the equipment and maybe play some euchre. If we get enough people, maybe we'll have a euchre tournament. $3.50 per person Payable as soon as possible If you attend all the events, it will be $40.50 per person, or you can go to whatever events you want but please keep in mind to send in your money as soon as possible so we can reserve the hay wagon and banquet room. Please make your checks or money orders payable to Joy Roose, who is cordinator for the class of 1962. Email either Joy or myself for her address to send your money in. When you send in your check or money order, Joy would like you to send her an email and tell her what you have been doing and what special thing you remember most of your Senior year. Please put "Bentley Class of 62 Turns 62" in the subject line. The website address for the "Bentley Class of 62 Turns 62" and Joy's email addresses will be at the bottom of this page. Please check the website often to get the exact times and to see who's coming and for announcements. If you are creative, or knows someone who is, we are asking for donations to use as prizes. Creative or not, any donation would be appreciated. If you'd like to donate something, please let Joy or I know. I hope you decide to come to at least one of these events...you'll know someone there and life is so short not to be with old friends. Mark your calendars and come join us.....you'll be glad you did.
